Myocardial Perfusion Imaging Reporting Tool

Instructions

Click on segments to cycle through severity scores (0-4). The difference model will automatically update to show stress-rest differences.

The system will automatically calculate the defect characteristics. These can be manually altered.

Size Guidelines

  • Small: 1–2 segments(<10% of LV myocardium)
  • Medium: 3–4 segments(10-20% of LV myocardium)
  • Large: ≥5 segments(>20% of LV myocardium)

Severity Guidelines

  • 0: Normal
  • 1: Mild (10%–<25% reduction)
  • 2: Moderate (25%–<50% reduction)
  • 3: Severe (≥50% reduction)
